Bulien were introduced to RWH following a recommendation from Alteryx to help expand the estate and investigate the use of the existing licenses to ensure best practise and the potential for expansion was planned and subsequently delivered. In the year that followed Bulien provided expert advice and account management in the development of the account for the purposes of serving an expanding footprint of end user needs with the delivery of specific healthcare related workflows as part of a global managed service.
The outcomes to date have been increased license sales, a consolidated renewals structure and a consistently positive development of the relationship with the client that will lead to future consultancy and bespoke development using Alteryx tooling. This, as with other examples demonstrates that our attention to client needs, combined with world class technical ability makes for another strong and expanding relationship with this international leader in their field.
